After an incredible journey supporting patients and clinics across the country, we’re excited to share that Grain Fertility is becoming part of Frame Fertility and Joe Cody, founder of Grain Fertility, will be taking on a role as Head of Ecosystem and Strategic Partnerships.

Like Grain, Frame Fertility is dedicated to helping people feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout their reproductive and family-building journeys. Their virtual, personalized fertility care, coaching and navigation supports patients at every stage of their reproductive health and family building journey—from understanding their fertility to planning ahead and/or navigating treatment.

This transition reflects the heart of what Grain was built to do: to make sure no one goes through this journey alone.
By joining Frame Fertility, we are able to continue our mission while doing it at a scale that will enable us to reach thousands of patients across the country and work with some of the biggest clinics and fertility partners in the world.
A Note of Gratitude
From the beginning, Grain Fertility was driven by a simple idea — that patients deserve compassionate, personalized support at every step of their fertility care. We are deeply grateful to every patient, clinic, and partner who believed in that mission and helped bring it to life.
To our members and partners: thank you. Your trust, encouragement, and collaboration have meant everything to us. It has been an honor to stand alongside you and to help thousands of people navigate one of life’s most personal and emotional experiences.
Looking Ahead
As we join forces with Frame Fertility, our shared vision remains the same — to expand access to compassionate fertility care and to empower more individuals and families through knowledge, connection, and support.
Thank you for being part of our story. We can’t wait for what’s next.
