Grain Fertility is a fertility application that lets patients easily store, organize, and share all of their fertility information, helping them make informed decisions and leading to improved outcomes. Built by a fertility patient, for fertility patients. Grain Fertility founder, Joe Cody, had an idea. His wife, Jackie, started carrying a large 3-ring binder to different fertility appointments to ensure all of her specialists knew her medical history. He knew there could be a better way to manage her information than this tedious, cumbersome process. They weren't alone, either. After talking to hundreds of patients who had similar experiences, the needs were clear. They all wanted to feel more supported, better understand their information, and ultimately, increase their chances of success. Our Team Joe Cody Founder & CEO Joe Cody is an IVF dad who has worked on health care policy and advocacy since 2008. He is the founder of Grain Fertility and an active volunteer leader with RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association. He also serves as a patient representative on multiple ongoing clinical trials. He lives outside Washington DC with his amazingly supportive wife, their daughter, and their rescue dog. Kim Schamroth, RN Head of Patient Empowerment Kim Schamroth, RN serves as Grain Fertility's Head of Patient Empowerment. Before joining Grain Fertility, she served as a fertility, PACU & circulating nurse at CCRM New York. She also has worked as a fertility educator for Maven Clinic and a fertility nurse at Extend Fertility. She is an experienced fertility RN dedicated to the expansion of access to reproductive health education and empowering individuals to make informed choices about their reproductive health and future.
